Peacefully on 27th September, aged 91 years.
Beloved husband of the late Catherine, much loved daddy of Linda and Peter, and father in law of Mick and Allyson. Also the best granda of Caroline, Tom and Rebecca, he will be sadly missed by all his family, friends, neighbours and the family dogs.
Funeral service to be held at the West Road Crematorium, Newcastle, on Friday 17th October at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter.
A donations box will also be available at the service. At Alan's request traditional black attire to be worn.
